Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery timelines
- Metro cities: 2–4 working days
- Tier 2/3 cities: 4–7 working days
- Remote pin codes: 7–10 working days
Shipping charges
Free shipping is offered on orders above ₹500. A flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies to smaller orders. Charges, if any, are shown clearly at checkout before payment.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking link.
Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to weather, transport disruptions, or regional restrictions. We will keep you informed if any such situation affects your order.
