Saffron Lassia

Take a break from the traditional lassis and try out this new and refreshing Saffron Lassi! The pistachio brings an interesting crunch, while Saffron gives adds an exotic flair to it.

Method

  1. 1. Heat a non-stick pan on a slow flame, add the saffron strands and dry roast for about 10 seconds.
  2. 2. Add 2 tbsp of milk mix gently and keep aside for about 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Combine all the ingredients except the ice-cubes and blend in a mixer for 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately.
